Proposal & signed SOW
You get a written scope and quote to e-sign — no surprises on price or deliverables.

A deposit books the work and reserves the build window.

Build
I build in the open with check-ins, so you see progress as it lands.

Balance on launch
The remaining balance is invoiced at launch. Retainers bill monthly in advance.
